RENT THE LIBERTY
You can rent our facility for your party, reception, private movie screening, or other event! The pricing for our rentals varies depending on your needs. See the list below for starting prices and fill out our quote form and we'll get back to you promptly with a final cost for your event. Base Rental Cost (includes use of our PA system and projector)
• $375 for a 4 hour rental
• $500 for 6 hour rental
• $625 for 8 hour rental
*these prices cover the minimum employees needed to open the theater, run the concession stand, and operate the lighting and A/V systems. Some events may require more employees and are subject to increased rental costs.
Private Movie Screenings
• $350 for a 25 guests or less (4 hour rental)
• $525 for 26 - 50 guests (4 hour rental)​
Private movie screenings are priced a little differently than event rentals due to the cost of licensing a motion picture for theatrical use. These prices are set by the film's copyright holder (movie studios) and are dependent on the number of guests that will be attending the screening.
