Nathan and Mark have been collaborating for over 20 years, their albums "A Midwinter's Eve" and "Still" are among the many fruits of their creative efforts. They are joined by Henry Haffner on viola and violin, who's exquisite style and tone has become an integral part of the band's sound. Elliot George, Nathan's son, solidly and empathically backs up the band on his acoustic bass. Once a year the quartet gets together to bring some of greatest Christmas music to the Liberty Theater - a collection of heartfelt melodies, haunting harmonies, and joyful carols. Over the years, the concert has become an annual tradition in Southern Illinois, especially for those who cherish the purity and the somber spirit of the Christmas season - and there is no better place than the Historic Liberty Theater in Murphysboro to carry on this tradition. A third album is in the works and you might catch a few new pieces of music this year. We hope to see you there!
